Your Chance: Sing Be A Star, The Jingle

There is A competition currently providing the chance to lower to singers.

Now through Sept. 4, 2006, the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile vehicles will probably be cruising coast-to-coast allowing aspiring vocalists to display their stuff from the”Sing the Jingle, Be a Star” competition. Hopeful jingle fans have the opportunity to go into the federal”casting call” by singing their very own rendition of the Oscar Mayer Wiener Jingle, the Bologna Song or the Oscar Mayer Spanish Jingle to land a place in the limelight.

Rolling Out the Red Carpet

Country music sense Julie Roberts and mercury recording artist is supporting stars throughout the nation.

“Ever since I was a small girl, singing was my passion, so I am thrilled to associate with Oscar Mayer to encourage the’Sing the Jingle, Be a Star’ competition,” explained Roberts. “It is such a fun chance for all to show off their vocal gift and personal style.”

Twenty finalists (16 played in English, four in Spanish) will be chosen and published online from Oct. 26-Nov. 2006, 27.
